Who we are
Our family-led, 100% Polynesian, entertainment group is built on the values passed down to us through generations — respect, unity, humility, and pride in who we are. In Polynesian culture, family is at the heart of everything we do, and we created this group as a way for us to honor our heritage together and authentically share it with our community and beyond.
Dance and music are more than performance for us; they are ways we preserve history, tell stories, and connect generations. Our family works alongside a team of dedicated performers who represent multiple Polynesian islands, each bringing its own unique style and cultural significance. Through Hawaiian hula, Tahitian ʻOri, Cook Islands dance, Tongan performances, Samoan siva, and Fijian dance, we strive to represent each culture with authenticity, respect, and care.
Because we are family-led, we approach every event with sincerity and intention. We offer fully customizable entertainment packages, allowing us to tailor each performance to your event, audience, and vision — whether it’s a wedding, cultural celebration, school program, corporate event, or private gathering.
Our goal is not just to entertain, but to create meaningful experiences that reflect the true spirit of Polynesia. Everything we do is guided by family, culture, and a deep respect for where we come from.
Meet the Owners
Hello everyone!
We’re Alexis and Feni, the proud owners of Heilala Polynesian Entertainment LLC. As Tongan-Americans, we have a deep love and appreciation for the beauty, joy, and richness of our culture. Growing up, we were fortunate to learn traditional dances from our elders, who passed down the stories, movements, and spirit of our heritage.
Our childhoods on the West Coast were immersed in traditional music and dance from across the Polynesian islands. When we moved to Georgia, we realized there wasn’t much authentic representation of Polynesian culture here. That inspired us to start Heilala—not only to keep the spirit of our islands alive in our own lives but also to share its beauty with our community.
In our free time, we love spending time with our kids, teaching them the same customs, traditions, and dances that were shared with us. And if we’re not dancing, you might find us cheering at a local rugby game!
We’d love to share the beauty of our culture with you—reach out, join us at an event, or book us for your next celebration!
